Hearthbase is the best way to draft your decks on an android device ! It is also a Hearthstone card database and deck builder that lists every cards from the game "Hearthstone: Heroes of Warcraft" made by Blizzard. Updated to Patch 5.0.0.12574 (4/24/2016)

Offline Mode

"Hearthbase: Hearthstone" also works offline and does not need any kind of internet connections to display the cards and their informations. However if you wish to share your decks or rate and download other people's decks you will need to be connected.
